If your payment fails once, please do not attempt to make multiple payments.
If your payment fails, please contact our support via a ticket specifying the following information depending on the payment method used:
- Credit Card: Please specify the code received, the approximate date and time of the payment. You will not be charged if you did not receive a code. We invite you to try again later or change your payment method.
- Call/SMS: Please specify the code received, the approximate date and time of the payment.
- Paysafecard: Please specify the Paysafecard code, the approximate date and time of the payment.
- Starpass (PayPal): Please specify the code received, the approximate date and time of the payment.
